Thanks to our partnerships with the (US Department of Fish and Wildlife Service, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Police Division, Oregon State Marine Board, WASCO Bikes, Hillsboro Parks and Recreation, Washington County Parks, Washington County Police Officers Association and Oregon Hunters Association, Washington County Sheriff, NW Steelheaders Association TV Chapter, Blazing Stitches, LIFTS, Home Depot, US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Xerox Corporation, Marion County Soil and Water, NW Steelheaders Association, and Oregon Hunters Association. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Owned by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, maintained and operated by Washington County, the Park features numerous picnic areas, two boat launching facilities, a fully stocked lake for fishing, more than 14 miles of hiking/mt. biking trails, and observation decks for wildlife and bird watching. Since the creation of Henry Hagg Lake in the mid-1970s, Washington County and the Bureau of Reclamation, have shared a commitment to make the Park user-friendly to every visitor. Hagg Lake is located just 25 miles southwest of Portland, resting at the base of Oregon’s beautiful coastal range, Hagg Lake offers visitors the best of many outdoor recreational activities.
