Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

Mission

Create and organize activities connecting ambitious youth to nature and to the

environment, which will contribute to equipping them with the essential developmental

tools for their future.

Vision

To build upon the ambitions of all youth,to have a positive impact on their development,

growth, and confidence.

Drive... Responsibility... Education... Action... Mentoring

Drive:

We motivate youth with the understanding that they matter, and are capable of making a

difference.

Responsibility:

We help youth develop personal responsibility by identifying effective goals in an

atmosphere of safety, respect and trust.

Education:

We strive to help youth develop critical thinking skills and make independent decisions

empowering youth to become powerful partners in solving problems, creating jobs, and

leading change.

Action:

We provide youth with opportunities to be of service to their communities and to their

environment, connecting them with resources to act on issues of importance to them.

Mentoring:

Our mentors help build self-esteem, self-respect, independence, and integrity. They

provide one-on-one training in the basics of fishing: techniques, equipment, angling

ethics, and safety.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
